As party season draws closer, many people struggle to find the perfect outfit that not only looks fabulous but also suits their personality and personal style. This often leads to many people looking nothing like themselves at various events that they attend.

How many times have you seen that lovely, introverted girl wearing a larger than life dress that you know she is uncomfortable in because she had no other option. See what I mean? Well thats what I am trying to avoid this year because a little style fairy weeps each time someone compromises their style especially to a party. 

So today I present to you one of my style suggestions for this season and today is for the minimalist. 

This season often leads people to draw style inspiration from Christmas trees (in the nicest way possible ) with bright, loud colours - a minimalist's nightmare. Here is an outfit that is elegant without attracting to much attention with the dress being simple but detailed enough to do without excessive accesorizing. The shoes reinforce the lace detailing of the dress and the crown head piece, red lipstick and faux fur clutch bring in the festive spirit (if you like) to the outfit. 

And voilà a beautiful party ensemble is born!

I really like shopping, it gives me the kind of joy and happiness that not many activities can. However, being a broke teenager kind of kills the joy a little bit. Oh you know, people these days just don't give you things free of charge - I know right? The nerve of them! But I have learnt to cope and what I do instead is to shop for things I really want and save them in shopping baskets (only online, I am not done creep who pills up shopping baskets on the high street)
