Hello darlings!

How is it going?
It has been quite a while since I last wrote. I hope you are all well. As most of you know, I am forever listening to new music (who isn't really?) and making playlists on spotify which include amazing songs both new and old (follow me :) @unefillemorderne) and sometimes all you want to do is listen to the good stuff without having to go through the good and the not so good, that's why you have me! I do the boring stuff and get you the best results sans stress, enjoy!
Water under the bridge - Adele
Ride - 21 pilots
Sing to you - John Splintoff
What if she wants you - John Splintoff

Hi darlings,

Summer is over, much to my dismay and undoubtedly the dismay of others who encounter bipolar weather regurlarly. The days of pumpkin spiced lattes, thick scarves and amber leaves are upon us. Honestly I hate autumn, I have never understood its appeal, I mean cold weather, even colder unfriendly faces, pumpkins? Autumn really needs a new manager because I am not impressed by what it is offering me at the moment. However, there is something I look forward to every autumn: being cosy. I love summer, I mean I'm Nigerian it is kind of in my DNA, but my introverted tendencies cause me to get a little thrill at the idea of snuggling beneath a throw with a large mug of soy chai latte and good music. If you enjoy these moments as well then you'll love what I'm about to share with you: my autumnal playlist ( I mean, I love you and all but I am not sharing my chai with anyone.) enjoy!

AIR - JONES
CRANES IN THE SKY - SOLANGE
EMELI SANDE - HURTS
SIA - THE GREATEST
PEARL - I KNOW
CHAINSMOKERS - CLOSER
ALUNAGEORGE - NOT ABOVE LOVE

Hi darlings!

If you follow me on Instagram and watch my Instagram stories (which you definitely should ; ) ) You know that I recently had Marley braids done and I am in love with them. I know I am not the only one who is obsessed with them so I decided to make a list of things I wish I knew before I got them to help someone else who might be interested in getting them in the future.

1 Marley hair is difficult to find, I couldn't find any decent hair online and I have no black hair shops anywhere around me so that was quite difficult.
2 Marley hair is more expensive than your average twist/braid extensions
3 You will need to get your hair done by a professional because it is more technical than your average twist
4 There is not as much versatility with styling because they are quite chunky, hence harder to style.
5 The twists tangle easily so keep your detangling spray handy.
6 When you get your twists done don't start at your hair line because the twists are quite heavy and might pull your hair.
7 When your hair starts to look dull/matted spray some leave in conditioner and water to revive your hair.

That is I have learned so far! Feel free to ask questions and share what you have learned.
