Hi darlings!


EASY, QUICK AND HEALTHY SNACK/DESERT

What you will need:
* Two handfuls of blueberries
* Two table spoons of fat free natural yogurt
* A tea spoon of honey


I absolutely love blueberries, they are delicious and healthy. They are high antioxidants that improve our immune systems preventing the easy contagion of diseases, which is always an added bonus.

 Natural yogurt is high in calcium which is amazing for our bones and teeth, it is also beneficial to our immune system.

Honey is an optional ingredient , dependent solely of personal preference. I am sweet toothed so honey was a definite addition for me *goofy grin*

FINAL PRODUCT!!
 Just layer all your ingredients: blueberries at the base, yogurt in the middle and top it up with the honey. This snack is light, helps burn stomach fat and is simply delicious!
