 MY QUICK EASY WAYS TO STAY HEALTHY THIS SUMMER!!!



2 LITRES OF WATER CHALLENGE
Yes it is quite a challenge: but of course I found a way around it (totally cute way might I add ). All you'll need are some mason jars, if you don't have mason jars use a jam container (any kind of glass container with a cover). Measure the a mount of water your mason jar can contain, then divide it by 2 litres. For example if your mason jar is 250cl then you will need  to drink 8 mason jars of water a day. Have these jars after meals with snacks and remember to keep count.

To get a more summery feel add some of your favorite fruits!


5 A DAY
I understand that this challenge seems so much harder than it really is; trust me eating 5 fruits and vegetables is honestly not that hard. Just look for every excuse to have a fruit and add vegies to your meals. Just throw in some salad, broccoli, cauliflower or sprouts whatever you want and voila you'll see visible results in health and even skin and hair! broccoli and cauliflower - Bing Images


MODERATION
All I can really say is eat in moderation. Don't just eat because you are in the mood, eat when you are hungry. Be conscious of your daily calorie allowance but don't become obsessed with it! Remember it is just a guideline.

SNACKS: GO NUTS!
Simply swap a pack of potato chips or cookies for a pack of nuts. They are a great source of protein, delicious and healthy! They all have amazing nutritional value and are low in fat. I recommend almonds because they are low in fat,calories and they are brain food which is completely necessary in today's challenging world for you my future queens! To top it all it also helps sleep making it gold! You can get almonds any and everywhere, my personal favorites are blanched almonds.

If all fails just smile and dance to your favorite; songs it is a guaranteed fun way to loose some calories. So go wild!!
